After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund including standard shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Items should be returned in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the return has been registered, provided the item has been received in good condition.

You may use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.

We will arrange a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

Warranty

My products are handmade and unique. Small variations in shape, color, or glaze are part of the character of handcrafted ceramics.
You may expect your product to be suitable for normal use as described on the website.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me first by email.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is unused and undamaged.
