Hi, I’m Calder van Andel, and I’m so excited to welcome you to Calder’s Ceramics Community! My journey with ceramics began over eight years ago as a hobby I shared with my mum. What started as something fun quickly grew into a passion, especially as I began sharing my progress on social media. I was amazed at how many people were curious about my process, and that curiosity inspired me to start creating instructional content. From quick Instagram posts to detailed tutorials on YouTube, I discovered how much joy I get from teaching and sharing the techniques I’ve learned and developed over the years.

My dream is to create an online space where ceramicists from all over can connect, share their progress, and inspire each other. My goal is simple: to help you bring your ceramic ideas to life, while having a lot of fun along the way!
